On this course we will cover aspects of sustainable beekeeping on how to treat & nuture your bees.
If you don’t want to use any harsh chemicals or commercial treatments and keep everything as close to nature as possible now that the Honey Bees have non-native pests to deal with as well as the modern world affecting their natural habitats and forage.
Using only pure organic essential oils to help us in this effort we will cover the following
- Varroa treatments
- Nosema Treatments
- Wax Moth
- Tracheal Mites
- Deep cleaning of brood cells
- Boosting the hive population
- General good health
- Winter health
Evening Courses will start at 6pm until 9:30pm
We can also supply our own essential Oil treatment kit that contains you can pre order when booking and pay on the course for an extra £30 and we will have it ready for you or If there any spare make your mind up on the course
