On our Mead & Wine Making course we will cover making Mead from start to finish.
You will need to bring a 1 gallon Demijohn and 3lb of Honey with you we will supply the rest
So when you leave you will take with you the beginnings of your first batch of Mead.
If you do not have or don`t wish to bring your own we will have some here you can buy
but it will be cheaper for you to buy and bring your own!
We will also cover the basics of making your own wine as well on this course.
most people when they thing Mead is a very sweet drink but it can be much more
You can add many fruits to your core mix and make a mead called Melomel.
Or a type of Mead called Methelgin
that are close to sack meads, They have complex flavors and you add herbs and spices to them.
