The British Mix Bee Is a Mix of strains based on the Buckfast that are best suited to the UK climate She lays like a machine gun to make hard working & very gentle bees that overwinter very well.

New research has proved that queens live longer if left in mating Nucs for over 3 weeks before caging. (4 weeks preferred). As this affects the economies of queen bee production, our prices have changed to reflect the increased costs of slower turnaround times in mating Nucs.
We Would rather supply fewer high quality Queens than lots of lower quality Queens
